Position: House Steward / Housekeeping Associate – Part-Time
About: Franciscan Villa Senior Living is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping Department. Our facility upholds the highest standards of cleanliness and safety to ensure a comfortable environment for our residents, in compliance with all regulatory guidelines and directives from the Administrator and Director of Housekeeping.
Requirements: Must possess, as a minimum, an 8th grade education; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism; ability to tactfully interact with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the public; maintain supplies, equipment, and housekeeping areas; willingness to work harmoniously with others and handle residents with varying needs; willingness to learn and implement new housekeeping practices; follow instructions for cleaning compounds and disinfecting solutions; communicate resident conditions effectively.
