Position: Hotel Operations Manager
About: The Best Western Plus Secaucus is currently hiring a Hotel Operations Manager for their newly renovated property. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient and profitable operations by ensuring high standards of guest service and achieving business objectives. This role plays a key part in delivering flawless customer service and upholding the hotel’s legendary reputation in the industry.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Operations Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a similar type and size hotel preferred; additional 2 years of management experience with 1 year specifically in hotels; strong knowledge of SOPs, local market experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field recommended; must possess and maintain a motor vehicle operator’s license in good standing; ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, work varying shifts, adhere to brand standards, analyze financial reports, and lead a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software; bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
