Position: HOTEL MANAGER – THE HOTEL AT LA VALLE
About: The Hotel at La Valle, managed by Springboard Hospitality, is seeking a passionate and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, hotel performance, and financials. The ideal candidate will create a space where guests connect with each other and the local culture, driving collaboration across departments for mutual success.
Requirements: College Degree or equivalent education; Minimum of three years’ experience as Hotel Manager and/or Director of Rooms; Experience in hotel management, sales and marketing, budget management, and full-service property operations; Advanced knowledge of computer software and web analytics tools preferred
