Position: Hotel Manager on Duty (MOD)
About: Located at 24035 Van Ry Blvd, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043, IQON HOSPITALITY is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager on Duty to assist in the day-to-day operations of the hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of employees, overseeing the budget and financial performance, and developing growth strategies for success.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role; strong leadership and problem-solving skills; ability to adapt to changing business needs; excellent communication and customer service skills; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; all applicants will be subject to a standard background check
