Position: HOTEL MANAGER job
About: The Hotel Manager at a prestigious hotel is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple Rooms Division departments, focusing on Sales and Marketing, Finance, Employee Development, and owner relations. They establish and maintain a service and management philosophy, ensuring department goals and hotel budgets are met while prioritizing guest satisfaction and upholding brand standards. This role involves working closely with the General Manager to maintain the hotel’s unique corporate culture and brand standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hotel Management, or equivalent experience; minimum of three years of varied management experience in the hotel/resort industry, including previous union experience; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficient in financial management, cost control, and analyzing Profit and Loss Statements; experience in employee development and performance management
