Position: Hotel Manager job

About: Mandarin Oriental New York, an award-winning luxury hotel located in prime destinations worldwide, is seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to join the Executive team. The hotel features 244 elegant guestrooms and suites with stunning views of Manhattan, offering top-notch hospitality services and amenities like MO Lounge, a Five-Star Mandarin Oriental Spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in hospitality management or related field; 3-5 years’ experience in a comparable position in a luxury hotel operation; excellent communication skills; prior Union experience in NYC luxury market preferred; proven track record in luxury hotel operations; strong knowledge of Hotel Operations, including Food & Beverage, Rooms, Spa, Engineering, and Security; detail-oriented with a passion for guest service excellence; flexible work hours availability; high financial acumen; exceptional organizational and administrative skills; approachable, open-minded and fair; ability to work both in a team and independently; expertise in training materials development and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, HMS, and Info-Genesis.
