Position: Hotel Manager job
About: Margaritaville Resort Casino – Bossier City, LA is seeking a Hotel Manager to join their team. The establishment is a premier entertainment destination with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards in the hospitality industry.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior Hotel Management experience strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and hotel software. Ability to maintain confidentiality, write reports, and interact effectively with guests, staff, and colleagues. Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to compute mathematical calculations, interpret data, and work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
