Position: Hotel Manager job
About: Faena New York is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, integrating luxury guest experiences with high-end dining, nightlife, and entertainment offerings to ensure unforgettable experiences and revenue growth while upholding the Faena brand reputation for excellence.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field with advanced qualifications in food and beverage or entertainment management; minimum of 7 years of experience in hotel management focusing on Food and Beverage, Nightlife, and Entertainment; proven track record in managing successful food and beverage operations and events; experience in managing large teams with a strong focus on training and performance improvement; exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; deep knowledge of food and beverage trends, nightlife concepts, and luxury entertainment offerings; strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets; passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences; ability to adapt to changing environments and respond to guest feedback in real-time; strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with external partners; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with professionalism; high emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and discretion; ability to handle physical demands including varied movements and lift moderately heavy objects.
