Position: Hotel Manager job

About: Travelodge Wellington Somerset is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Hotel Manager to lead and motivate the hotel teams. This role involves creating development plans, recruiting team members, maximizing food and beverage sales, addressing customer feedback, overseeing maintenance, and driving engagement in incentive schemes.

Requirements: Previous experience in leading a team in a customer-facing industry; food & beverage experience preferred for Bar Cafe hotel; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver operational objectives; results-oriented mindset with focus on KPIs and targets
