Position: Hotel Manager job
About: The Beekman, located in New York City, is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple Rooms Division departments within the hotel. This position offers a developmental opportunity for individuals to gain experience in various aspects of hotel management including Sales and Marketing, Finance, and Employee Development. The Hotel Manager will uphold Hyatt’s corporate culture and brand standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hotel Management, or equivalent experience; minimum of three years of management experience in the hotel/resort industry; proven experience in directing and motivating a team; strong skills in yield management and cost controls; ability to communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and across the organization; familiarity with accounting systems and relevant regulations; experience in employee development and management; impeccable grooming and appearance standards
