Position: Hotel Manager job

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field with advanced qualifications in food and beverage or entertainment management; minimum of 7 years of experience in hotel management, with a significant background in Food and Beverage, Nightlife, and Entertainment; experience managing luxury hotel operations at the executive level; proven track record in managing successful food and beverage operations and events; experience in managing large teams across multiple departments; strong leadership and team management abilities; exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills; deep knowledge of food and beverage trends, nightlife concepts, and luxury entertainment offerings; strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting; passion for hospitality and creating memorable, high-quality experiences; ability to adapt to changing environments and respond to guest feedback in real-time; strong networking skills with external partners in entertainment, nightlife, and food sectors; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with delicacy and professionalism; high emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and ability to be discreet; work intuitively to execute special requests whenever possible.
