Position: Hotel General Manager – Task Force
About: ARK Hospitality is seeking a passionate and skilled Task Force General Manager with Hilton and Marriott experience. The ideal candidate will have strong Food & Beverage expertise, with hands-on experience within the Hilton Garden Inn brand. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Property Management in line with ARK Hospitality’s vision and core values, focusing on financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of experience in hospitality management; 3+ years of experience in hospitality food and beverage management; strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team development; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in budget planning and financial management; ability to travel 75% of the time; proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required; physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
