Position: Hotel General Manager job
About: The Lightwell Hotel and Spa, located in Hood River, OR, is a newly opened historic property in downtown Hood River featuring a modern design and community-driven food and beverage outlets, including a restaurant, year-round rooftop bar, bodega, and full-service spa with sitting pools.
Requirements: High school diploma or a General Education Development (GED) certificate required; five to eight years’ experience in hotel operations with increasing responsibility or in a General Management capacity; strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities; ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions; basic knowledge of computers and software; proficiency in English with Spanish speaking preferred
