Position: Hotel General Manager job
About: The hotel in Miami is seeking a dedicated Hotel General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 170-room establishment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and operational efficiency. The GM will lead a diverse team, drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and maintain brand standards, requiring a strong background in hospitality management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; 5-7 years of hotel management experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position; proven track record in team management, financial goal achievement, and guest satisfaction; strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, budgeting, and financial reporting; exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle high-pressure situations and conflicts effectively; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
