Position: Homewood Suites West Palm Beach – Housekeeping Manager OEM
About: Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee efficient operations of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, supervising rooms, front/back of house, public areas, and laundry.
Requirements: At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; supervisory experience required; proficiency in Windows operating systems, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing; valid driver’s license for the applicable state; ability to convey information clearly; effective problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to work well under pressure and handle workplace problems effectively; capacity to understand financial information and data; excellent listening and interpersonal skills; familiarity with housekeeping procedures
