Position: Heathcare Facilities Manager / Asset Manager III – South Bend, IN

Requirements: 4+ years of experience in managing multiple sites or Assistant Asset Managers/Asset Managers I/IIs, central plant/facility management, or mechanical construction; well-versed in building codes and standards; excellent communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented with multitasking ability; familiarity with industry and competitors; preferred 4-year Mechanical Engineering degree (ABET Accredited Program) and PE or FE certification; 15% travel required; must be able to work in various physical environments including sitting at a desk, climbing stairs, and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
