Position: Guy Fieri’s Boston Kitchen + Bar – Server
About: As a Server at Big Night Entertainment Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, taking orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of service, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked work environment in a fast-paced bar/restaurant setting.
Requirements: At least 1 year direct serving experience in a fast-paced bar/restaurant required; TIPS Certification a plus and will be required if chosen for the position; neat and professional appearance; efficient and accurate communication skills; ability to build guest loyalty with an outgoing and friendly demeanor; excellent memory and ability to multitask; work schedule flexibility with night, weekend, and holiday availability; positive attitude and aptitude to handle high-volume environments
