Position: Guest Service Agent- Host
About: Hyatt Place Columbia Downtown is seeking a Guest Service Agent to create an exceptional experience for hotel guests through welcoming and helpful service. This role encompasses various guest interactions including Front Desk, bar service, business center assistance, guest check-in/out, and meeting room management. The ideal candidate must have previous guest service experience and excellent communication skills with guests.
Requirements: Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field; schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays; strong command of the English language; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction; multitasking capabilities; minimum age of 21; high school diploma or equivalent; ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight; basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
