Position: Guest Experience Manager-Entertainment (Part Time)
About: The Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts in search of an Entertainment Guest Experience Manager (Part-Time) to lead the daily operation of live show entertainment offerings with a focus on Character Operations, including Stage Shows, Disney Photo Imaging, Atmosphere Characters, Conventions, Parades, and Special Events. The role involves maintaining the creative vision and collaborating with various departments under the guidance of an Entertainment Proprietor.
Requirements: 3+ years of professional experience in Stage Management, Convention Events, or other live show event management; 3+ years of professional leadership experience; Understanding of leading multiple unionized teams; Familiarity with lighting, audio, special effects, scenic and stage set-up systems; Proficiency with multiple software/computer programs; Full scheduling availability for Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday; Ability to adapt to changing environments and work outdoors
