Position: Guest Experience and Special Projects Manager
About: The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is seeking a Guest Experience & Special Projects Manager to oversee administrative procedures and special projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This role involves managing receptionist activities, call center operations, budgeting, and general office management, along with monitoring and ensuring the successful completion of assigned projects.
Requirements: High school diploma required; advanced degree or certification desired; demonstrated leadership experience in an office setting; demonstrated success in project management and diverse administrative tasks; knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures; strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with vendors, management, and team members; proficient in office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
