The Assistant Restaurant General Manager role is a key position within the hotel’s dining team, reporting directly to the Director of Restaurants, and offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and culinary experiences to guests and visitors alike.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree specializing in hotel/restaurant management; Two years of leadership experience in Food and Beverage, including oversight of multiple outlets and departments; Working knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting; Positive attitude with a team approach; Ability to anticipate and prioritize guest needs; Proficient in operating computer equipment and relevant systems
