Position: General Manager, Restaurant (Chyna Club & Washing Potato)
About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of Chyna Club and Washing Potato venues. The ideal candidate will ensure impeccable guest service standards, maintain financial profitability, and uphold health and safety regulations in a luxury setting.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations; Five (5) or more years of prior Food and Beverage management experience, preferably in a luxury setting; Demonstrated knowledge of service and F&B operations; Food Handler’s Certificate for managers required; Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software; Strong overall knowledge of menu preparation and presentation; Ability to execute guidelines for proper staffing to maximize efficiency and minimize labor costs
