Position: General Manager – Restaurant
About: Torchy’s Tacos is a well-known restaurant chain that started in Austin, Texas in 2006. With a mission to be damn good and a vision to serve the best tacos, they focus on passion and attention to detail. They are now operating in multiple states and are dedicated to creating authentic and memorable food experiences for their customers.
Requirements: Management experience in restaurants; minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or above; full casual dining experience preferred; hands-on experience in front-of-house and back-of-house operations; exposure to a scratch kitchen advantageous; bilingual skills a plus; ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds; willingness to stand for long periods and engage in physical tasks like bending and stretching
