Position: General Manager, Mardi Gras Casino
About: Delaware North Gaming is seeking a General Manager to lead the team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. The General Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving the market position of Mardi Gras Casino as a premier operation for Hotel and Racing in a cost-effective and profitable manner.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or a minimum of 10 years of casino management experience at a senior level; Hold a West Virginia Commission License and Lottery Gaming Permit; High level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to work calmly in difficult, high-pressure, and high-stress situations; Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively and demonstrate sound business judgment and determination
