About: Neovia Logistics is seeking a Logistics Site Manager to provide leadership and drive operational excellence at their facility in Joliet, IL. The LSM will be responsible for managing facility performance, implementing best practices, and ensuring safety standards are met according to Neovia’s operating system. This role involves overseeing operations, financial management, and customer satisfaction within the Neovia Network, with a focus on continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field; 10 years of management experience; experience in managing 3PL services and ERP/WMS systems; ability to travel up to 30% of the time
