Position: General Manager- Chauncey Hotel and Conference Center
About: The Chauncey Hotel & Conference Center is a luxurious establishment nestled in 370 acres of peaceful lakeside woodlands near historic Princeton, New Jersey. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree level education highly preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management; ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and business growth; savvy interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, senior management, and support staff; experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment; proven ability to lead through other managers; experience in budget management, financial analysis, product sales strategies, and operational programs; familiarity with reading and implementing contractual requirements
