Position: General Manager
About: WHSmith North America, a leading global travel retailer with over 1,700 stores across 30 countries worldwide, incorporates Marshall Retail Group (MRG) and InMotion, representing over half of the company’s international store estate with specialty retail stores in airports and resorts across North America.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required; 3 years+ experience in multi-unit leadership in a retail environment; understanding of Retail Math and KPIs; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; passion for exceptional customer service and results-oriented; strong verbal and written communication skills; experience managing a team; highly self-motivated and organized with strong time management skills
