Position: General Manager 4 – Food
About: Sodexo Magic, a joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson, and Sodexo, delivers food, facilities management, and integrated services to various sectors including corporations, healthcare facilities, schools, universities, and aviation lounges. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in food service management; Proven experience leading both front-of-house and back-of-house management teams; Strong financial acumen with expertise in creating and managing budgets; Skilled in training, developing, and directing diverse, high-performing teams; Innovative with a focus on revenue growth and cost management; Excellent client relations, organizational development skills, and executive presence; Prior experience managing a P&L in a corporate dining setting is a plus
