Position: General Manager
About: Coverall, a leading commercial cleaning franchising company with a global network of over 90 Support Centers and 9,000 franchise owners, is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee operational activities and franchise sales in the region.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance required; minimum of five (5) years management experience; previous P/L management experience required; operational experience in a service industry preferred; business planning experience for a regional territory required; solid experience in managing a diverse staff; ability to communicate and implement company objectives effectively; highly motivated with superior problem-solving skills; willingness to travel for meetings; high level of ethics and integrity; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
