Position: General Manager
About: TitleMax is one of the nation’s largest title lending companies, helping thousands of people every day get the cash they need through title loans/pawns and now in select states, with personal loans. Since the first store opened in 1998, TitleMax has expanded to over 900 locations spanning 14 states.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least two years of experience and proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries; operations experience in a leadership capacity; excellent verbal and written communication skills; valid and current driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday; ability to work with phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems; must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); background check required; ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently include the ability to remain in a stationary position, transport up to 25 pounds, move about inside and outside of the store, and operate mechanical controls such as a keyboard.
