Position: GCU Golf Course – Line Cook (Part Time)
About: Grand Canyon University’s Lope House Restaurant in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time line cook to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing dishes for customers. The restaurant is dedicated to quality, production, and cost controls.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; minimum one year experience, prefer 3 years’ experience in high volume hospitality venue; flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card required; work authorization for the U.S.; fluent in English; able to work independently with little supervision; strong communication skills with coworkers and guests; proficient in kitchen operations and food preparation; capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
