Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of experience in a culinary role with a focus on grill, flat tops, sauté; ability to follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation; basic math skills for portion control and recipe adjustments; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays and AM and PM; ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace; Food Handlers Certification and ServeSafe Certified; clear communication and quick decision-making skills; ability to work well in stressful high-pressure situations
