Position: Front Office Creole/Spanish Community Navigator – Part-time
About: The Immigrant and Refugee Center of Northern Colorado (IRCNoCo) is dedicated to providing resources and services for individuals in the community, fostering cross-cultural experiences, and supporting the integration of newcomers. The Front Office Creole/Spanish Community Navigator position involves acting as a direct liaison between clients and various community entities to address client needs and provide translation/interpretation services. The role requires working evening shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with daytime flexibility from Monday to Thursday, totaling approximately 20 hours per week.
Requirements: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; experience in customer service; welcoming and friendly demeanor; ability to work effectively in teams; good time management and communication skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite; average or above-average typing skills; proficient in email communication; ability to remain calm and efficient in fast-paced environments; experience in a multicultural setting preferred; familiarity with community resources and partner organizations preferred; experience in or around adult education preferred.
