Position: Front Desk Receptionist
About: Big Ridge Veterinary Hospital is a small-animal veterinary hospital located in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. They are a two-doctor practice dedicated to providing high-quality and compassionate veterinary care for pets, primarily cats and dogs, in the community.
Requirements: Strong communication skills; basic knowledge of veterinary medicine & procedures (preferred); experience in the veterinary field (preferred); experience as a receptionist (preferred); attention to detail; excellent organization & multitasking abilities; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to handle stress; ability to mitigate difficult clients; ability to work well with others; ability to accept & follow direction; ability to learn from mistakes; experience with Avimark is a bonus
