Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience with HOA operations preferred; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities; outgoing and professional demeanor; ability to work independently and collaboratively; excellent customer service and communication skills; flexibility to attend community events and meetings; proficient in MS Office programs; able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
