Position: Front Desk Host
About: Santa Monica Proper Hotel is a historic yet luxurious boutique hotel located in Santa Monica, featuring 271 rooms with stunning interior design by Kelly Wearstler, top-notch dining options, and a breathtaking rooftop lounge and swimming pool. With 16,000 square feet of event space, we strive to create unforgettable guest experiences and are currently looking for a Front Desk Host to join our team.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent vocational training; at least 1 year of progressive experience in a Guest Services role; proficiency in computer programs; demonstrated accountability; excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure; ability to be flexible and work cohesively with a team; hotel experience preferred
