Position: Front Desk Agent-Full Time (English & Japanese Speaking), $32.74/Hour
About: Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and provide information about resort services and activities to enhance guest experiences. The Front Desk Agent plays a pivotal role in creating a lasting impression of Aulani’s guest services.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous cash handling and computer experience; ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment; strong multitasking and problem-solving skills; enthusiastic about guest interactions and helping guests; must be at least 18 years old and have full availability for any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays; proficiency in English and Japanese required; knowledge of Hawaiian language preferred; previous work experience in a Hotel/Front Desk environment and in a high volume, fast-paced office setting; previous leadership experience; willing to follow instructions and take direction
