Position: Front Desk Agent – Full Time (English/Japanese Speaking), $32.74/Hour
About: Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa, located in Hawaii, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their team. The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in greeting and assisting guests, providing information on resort services, activities, and surrounding areas.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous cash handling and computer experience; ability to perform in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment; ability to multi-task and confidently utilize service recovery methods; enthusiastic about interacting and helping guests; receptive to special requests; willing to follow instructions and take direction; minimum age of 18 years; full availability for any shift, seven days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
