Position: Food Service Worker II
About: The PantherDining Hall at Georgia State University is seeking to hire a Food Service Worker II to provide support to Athletic Training Table. This position maintains a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period, demonstrating solid time awareness and time management. The role involves delivering products to multiple locations on a continuous basis, ensuring products’ time and temperature are controlled in accordance with specialized units’ guidelines and procedures, and developing and adhering to operational procedures in assigned areas of responsibility.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; Previous food service and maintenance experience; Physical requirements include extended standing for long periods, ability to hustle in a fast-paced environment, walking, ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders if necessary, ability to lift 35 pounds, ability to work in all temperature conditions, open availability for 40 hours per week, flexible schedule to include nights and weekends
