Position: Food and Beverage Manager – The Langham, Boston
About: The Langham, Boston, one of the city’s most historic and iconic luxury hotels in the US, is part of Langham Hospitality Group, which encompasses a family of distinctive brands across Asia, Europe, North America, Australasia, and the Middle East. With a focus on genuine interactions and career development, the hotel is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to uphold service standards and revenue targets across all outlets.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Management in a 4-5 star hotel or independent restaurant; experience with F&B POS and menu knowledge; food safety compliance; fluent in English; ServSafe Alcohol and/or TIPS certifications; ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods; legal authorization to work in the United States
