Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; at least 3 years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment; ability to lead and effectively communicate with team members; knowledgeable of best practices in food and labor cost monitoring, ordering, inventory, and food safety; proficient in Word and Excel; excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time-management skills; flexible schedule availability; no degree required
