Position: FoH Manager
About: Cloud 9 Brewery, located in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Restaurant Manager who can work closely with the owners to ensure excellent guest experiences while upholding their organic and sustainable vision for food and craft beer. The ideal candidate must possess strong supervisory, menu creation, and administrative skills, along with a passion for creative cuisine and brewing.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4-year degree in Culinary Science or related field, or equivalent work experience; 2+ years of managerial experience in a 50+ seat restaurant; strong computer and social media proficiency; familiarity with POS/cash-register systems; exceptional problem-solving abilities; ability to lead and motivate teams; flexible availability for shifts including weekends; capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment; physical ability to stand for entire shifts, lift up to 30 pounds, and meet dress code standards; fluent in English, both written and verbal
