Requirements: Must have a passport with at least 6 months validity; ability to pass drug testing in compliance with FAA; high school diploma or equivalent; minimum of two years of direct customer service experience; basic computer knowledge; ability to read, write, understand, and speak clearly in English; must be 20 years or older; must be able to reach 80 vertical inches; ability to work independently and in a team; excellent dependability and work ethic; ability to remain calm in emergency situations; stamina for varied schedules and physical demands; must adhere to uniform standards
