Position: Flight Attendant
About: Avelo Airlines, a new high value/low fare airline, is seeking energetic and highly motivated Flight Attendants to join their committed team of safety and service professionals. The airline is dedicated to inspiring travel within the communities it serves, offering a great customer experience that passengers can rely on. This application is for the Dual-City Operation based in Connecticut, requiring Flight Attendants to work out of both New Haven (HVN) and Hartford (BDL) airports.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; have reliable transportation and ability to report to assigned locations within 2 hours; attend and successfully complete all Avelo Flight Attendant training requirements; be able to work a rotating schedule with variable hours, including nighttime or overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and multiple days away from home; maintain a neat professional appearance and demeanor; comply with all DOT, FAA, and Avelo Airlines regulations regarding drug and alcohol compliance; be willing and able to serve all types of food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages; possess a valid United States passport with at least six months validity remaining; be able to understand, speak, read, and write English fluently; perform all duties outlined in the Avelo Inflight Services Manual and Flight Attendant Playbook; be legally authorized to work in the United States.
