Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a fine dining or hospitality setting preferred; strong knowledge of food and beverage items, including ingredients and menu combinations; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle customer requests and dietary restrictions with professionalism and accuracy; familiarity with cash-handling procedures and sanitization standards
