Position: Fine Dining Server – Breva
About: As a Fine Dining Server, you will provide high-quality service to guests in an upscale restaurant setting, creating a memorable dining experience through attentive service, detailed menu knowledge, and an understanding of fine dining etiquette.
Requirements: Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service preferred; strong knowledge of food and beverage, including wine and cocktail offerings; knowledge of POS; knowledge of basic food safety and health regulations; customer-centric; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods; lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds; ability to work in a high-demand and fast-paced work environment
