Position: Fine Dining Bartender- Bistro Napa
About: Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is looking for a hospitality professional with a passion for the art of presentation to join their team as a Fine Dining Bartender. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about their style and cuisine, responsible for preparing and serving drinks.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; Alcohol Awareness Card Required; At least 2 years of experience bartending in an upscale restaurant or fine-dining preferred; Must be familiar with standard drinks and able to maintain supplies necessary for common cocktails and beverages; Must have strong cash handling skills and ability to collect payments accurately; Must have strong knowledge of liquor and wine and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Good communication and guest service skills a must
