Elderlife Financial provides coordinated financial resources for those transitioning to senior living, offering the Elderlife Bridge Loan, a short-term unsecured financing option for seniors in need of quick access to funds for senior living expenses while waiting for other funds to arrive. The company boasts inbound leads from over 3500 Assisted Living communities, a strong web presence, and strategic partners, ensuring ample opportunities for Financial Concierge team members. This role involves customer interactions via phone, email, and text.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college education & degree preferred; punctual and organized team player with a goal-oriented call center background; great communicator with seniors and families; creative problem solver compliant with financial practices; coachable and able to maintain a personal pipeline of loans; proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and willing to learn Salesforce or other CRM software; able to commute daily to Hendersonville, TN office for 8am-5pm shifts with a one-hour lunch break
