Position: Financial Account Manager, Billing and Accounts, AWS Customer Service – Concierge
About: The AWS Customer Service team provides support to a wide range of external customers, assisting them with understanding the benefits and capabilities of AWS’s Cloud Computing Services. The Concierge team focuses on helping customers with account and billing inquiries and collaborates with internal Amazon organizations to represent the Voice of the Customer.
Requirements: 6+ years of technical experience working with computer systems and multiple technology domains; 6+ years of Customer Service and/or Account Management supporting customers in a technical environment; BS/BA degree and/or combination of related experience plus certifications
