Position: Field Sales and Marketing Representative

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service required; must be at least 21 years old; valid driver’s license with one year of driving experience; ability to pass drug screen and Motor Vehicle Report screening; possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance; willingness to travel; ability to work nights, weekends, and in a retail environment; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and using hands to maneuver small objects; MS Office proficiency; self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Benefits: salary non-exempt position (overtime eligible), pay range $24.04 to $25.96/hour, target annual salary $50,000 – $54,000, sales contests and incentives, vehicle allowance $400/month, target $4800/year, company smartphone, medical, vision, and dental benefits available, insurance coverages (e.g. short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance), 401K with company match up to 50% of salary, up to 10 paid holidays, accrue up to 104 hours of PTO in the 1st year
